We Create Distinguished Landscape Environments in Winchester, Massachusetts
High end residential landscaping in Winchester, MA
Winchester, MA & Perennial Landscape Corp.
Winchester, Massachusetts is more than a town to Perennial Landscape Corporation. For founder Scott Carzo, Winchester means family, community and service. It is a place for him that is rich in fond memories, both personally and professionally. Scott grew up in Winchester, along with his four siblings, and attended the Winchester public schools. That is where Scott met Sheila, the woman who would one day become his wife. Winchester is also where he and Sheila reconnected after college and fell in love, got married and started their family. Around that same time, Perennial Landscape Corporation was born. Scott started off with little more than a lawn mower but always had a vision of what Perennial could become. It was the people of Winchester, people who had known him or the Carzo family, who took a chance on Scott when he was first starting out. In return, Scott wanted to give the best service possible to the Winchester community that had already given him so much. That is what Scott has continued to do for the last three decades, provide excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service to all of his clients in Winchester and beyond. Scott feels proud he is able to serve the residents of Winchester and hopes Perennial continues to provide fantastic landscaping services to this community for many years to come.
Our Winchester Projects
Winchester Outdoor Living Area Project
Perennial completed a total transformation of this outdoor living space in Winchester, MA. Perennial created the border to the pool and the patio surrounding it as well. Perennial also created little gravel “beds” around the pool and added succulents and stones for a more natural feel around the pool. These beds and around the pool area generally Perennial also added lighting to keep the pool area safe and useable even at night. Towards the ends of the pool Perennial also created a stone wall and installed the wrought iron fence around the perimeter of the pool area. Perennial also installed an outdoor kitchen on the pool deck and pergola to create a perfect area for hosting summer BBQs. In the opposite corner we installed two beautiful blue fountains to bring color and visual interest to the pool deck. Outside the pool area Perennial installed a firepit and stone wall. They lined the planting beds with flowers and plants with enough room to allow them to grow and installed a new lawn. Increasingly, homeowners want to make the most of their home and that includes their outdoor spaces. This project is a great example of all the utility you can gain when you invest in your outdoor space.
Highland Ave Project
Perennial created a wonderful patio at this Winchester residence for our Highland Ave project. Perennial also added the back fence to instill some privacy. We also added a built in firepit, increasing the utility of the space. Whether you are looking to roast marshmallows on a summer night or comfortably chat by the fire on a chilly fall evening, adding a firepit helps to increase the use of the space.
Hillcrest Project
Perennial worked on both the front and back yard at this Winchester property for the Hillcrest project. In the back yard Perennial created a beautiful patio. Perennial also created landscaping that balanced looking intentional and looking natural. The planting beds show intentionality where the large stones bring in a more natural feel to the space. It comes together to create a calming atmosphere with plenty of room for these plants to grow. In the front Perennial created a stone wall that also had a bit of a more natural feel to it. If you’re looking to optimize your outdoor space but don’t love the look of typical well-manicured landscaping, Perennial can create a more natural feeling oasis with more utility than before.
